Skin & Shade began with a simple frustration: too many products, too many steps, and no clear order to use them in.

Questions

How long does delivery take?

Each product page shows its own window in business days, counted from the day you order. Every order is tracked, and we email the tracking link when it ships.

Where do orders ship from?

From our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in the United States. Each product is made to order, so the delivery window on every product page already includes production time.

Can I return something?

If an order arrives damaged, wrong or doesn’t arrive, email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. You don’t need to send anything back. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept change-of-mind returns on skincare or makeup.

Will I pay duties or extra taxes?

No duties: every order ships from inside the United States. Sales tax, where your state charges it, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship to Canada?

Not yet. We ship within the United States for now. Canada is next: join the list and we’ll email you the day we start shipping there.

Which payment methods do you accept?
